A 2016 UK 50p coin issued by The Royal Mint to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the birth of much-loved British author and illustrator Beatrix Potter.
The reverse features a portrait of Beatrix Potter alongside her name and the anniversary dates “1866–1943”. The design also incorporates small decorative elements representing some of her best-known characters and stories.
